Sales, Service Taxes Can Be Paid At All Customs Stations
From May 2, sales and service tax payments can be made at all customs collection stations nationwide except those involved in passenger duties. Payments can also be made at import-export payment counters and free zone counters, the customs says in a statement.  [Bernama]

IRB To Issue Statements On Tax Deductions This Year
The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) plans to issue statements on tax deduction made by employers for employees this year in order to avoid errant cases, its chief executive officer Datuk Hasmah Abdullah said Tuesday.  [Bernama]
