Proton and EON to rationalise distribution, services

MBM Resources studying merger opportunities

MBM Resources Bhd, an investment holding company that invests mainly in the automotive industry, said it is continuously looking for merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities. "There is nothing solid right now. But in due course, we will make the move and remain focused on the automotive sector," he added.The company, which distributes Volvo and Perodua cars, expects its 2008 financial results to match that of last year, despite the overall sentiment of the world economy.  [Business Times]
